I am a registered homeopath and acupuncturist. I completed my Masters degree in Homeopathy in 1998.  During my studies I became interested in acupuncture and studied acupuncture part time with Charles Liggens and Roy Mitchel.  I Lectured homeopathy at Technikon Natal for three years. I then worked with Abha Light project  in Kenya for a year and a half  in a clinic in the middle of one of the biggest and poorest slum areas in Nairobi, treating people suffering with conditions ranging from HIV/AIDS to crop spray poisoning and sickle cell anaemia.  In 2002 I moved to Sodwana Bay.  I tend to use the quiet winter months to study further or explore other interests.   In 2007-2008 I worked at St Francis Health Centre, an internationally recognized detox centre alongside the renowned mrs Annelize Cowley.  I  do Swedish, Hot Rock , Thai and Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian)  massage.

I am currently managing  in a food garden program whereby 4oo food gardens will be initiated over the next 6 months.  A mouthful, I know.

I am interested in healthy living, joy through movement, growing veggies and herbs,  scrumptious vegetarian meals, rural living, rural nutrition,  simple living, scuba diving and travelling.
